Color is darker than photo. Almost blackish blue. I wanted royal blue. Still looks okay. Fabric is silk blend. Shiny and smooth.

Gown ka front slit hai, photo me itna clear nahi tha. Initially awkward laga but leggings ke saath chala liya. Fabric soft, no itching. Mother-in-law liked the overall decent look.
